Getting Started (Men vs. Women — Labs)
- Women: You can start right away with your membership. Labs may still be recommended or required based on your history and goals, but they are not required to begin.
- Men: Labs are required prior to starting treatment and prior to any prescriptions being issued.
When labs are required, they are arranged through our network partner and are paid directly by the patient. Eternal does not profit from lab fees.

Laser Credit Rules (Elevated + Signature)
- Monthly credit is earned each billing month and may be used toward eligible laser services.
- Credit cannot be used for laser hair removal.
- Credit applies to eligible full treatment areas only (example: full face).
- Credit may be banked for up to 3 months at a time (maximum banked balance = 3 months of credit).
- Credit is not stackable beyond the 3-month bank cap and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- All laser services are subject to provider assessment and candidacy.
