- All prescriptions require candidacy and clinical approval.
- Medication shipping occurs only when prescribed and coordinated through the network.

Elevated and Signature tiers include additional in-clinic aesthetic benefits. These benefits are subject to clinical appropriateness and program rules.
Laser Credit Rules
- Laser credit is earned each billing month.
- Credit may be used toward eligible laser services.
- Credit cannot be used for laser hair removal.
- Credit cannot be transferred, refunded, or converted into cash value.
- Credit applies to eligible full treatment areas only, such as full face.
- Credit may be banked for up to 3 months at a time.
- Maximum banked balance equals 3 months of credit.
- Laser services are subject to provider assessment and candidacy.
Letybo Perk Rules
- Elevated receives 5% off Letybo treatments.
- Signature receives 10% off Letybo treatments.
- Perk applies during the active membership month.
- Cannot be combined with other injectable promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Perk applies only while the membership is active and in good standing.
- All treatment is subject to provider assessment and eligibility.
