The Eternal Vitality Collective is Eternal MedSpa's hormone membership in Sarasota and Venice, Florida, from $329 a month for men and $349 for women. One monthly price covers the whole program: your prescribed bioidentical hormone medications, two layers of medical management (a specialized hormone provider through BRITE who prescribes and manages your care, plus ongoing monitoring by the Eternal MedSpa team under physician supervision), access to your hormone provider through the BRITE app, home delivery, and monthly wellness injections. Complimentary. Your symptoms, goals, health history and whether hormone restoration may fit.
Checklist and labs
Complete the BRITE checklist and forms. Men require labs before treatment; recent labs can be used. Women may require labs, depending on clinical pathway and history.
Review
Treatment recommendations are subject to provider evaluation and clinical appropriateness.
Active
Membership and billing begin once you are marked active. Hormone optimization commonly takes 3 to 6 months to refine symptoms, labs, dose and response.

Prescriptions
All prescriptions require candidacy and clinical approval. Hormones prescribed through BRITE are compounded by a pharmacy, applied to the skin and not FDA-approved.
Laser credit
Earned each billing month, for eligible full treatment areas such as full face. Not for laser hair removal. Bank up to 3 months of credit. No transfer, refund or cash value.
Letybo perk
Applies during an active membership month in good standing. Not combined with other injectable promotions unless stated.
Other services
Services beyond your tier's benefits are billed separately. Your provider confirms candidacy, product, treatment areas and your plan.
Cancellation and tier changes
Cancellation depends on the current membership agreement, billing status and program rules. Tier changes may be available, depending on membership status, billing timing and program rules. Ask us before you enroll.

What is the Eternal Vitality Collective?
The Eternal Vitality Collective is Eternal MedSpa's membership for bioidentical hormone restoration in Sarasota and Venice. Which wellness injections come with the hormone membership?
Hormone members choose in-clinic wellness injections each month: B12, NAD+, glutathione or vitamin C. Standard includes 1 a month, Elevated 2 and Signature 3, in any mix.
Who manages my hormone care?
Two teams. Eternal MedSpa does the complimentary consultation, confirms the program is a fit for you and gives you access to the BRITE checklist. Once you are approved, a specialized hormone provider through BRITE prescribes and manages your medications and adjusts your doses, and you reach that provider through the BRITE app. The Eternal MedSpa team keeps monitoring and supporting you in the clinic, under physician supervision, for as long as you are a member.
Why is this membership different from hormones from my OB/GYN or primary care doctor?
Many OB/GYNs and primary care doctors prescribe hormones as one part of a broad practice. Your BRITE hormone provider specializes in hormone restoration, it is all they do, and is trained in the Rosensweet Method developed by Daved Rosensweet, MD, founder of The Institute of BioIdentical Medicine and BRITE. Your doses are individualized and adjusted over time by a specialist, your medications and management are inside one monthly price, and the Eternal MedSpa team monitors you locally. Are the hormone medications included in the monthly price?
Yes. The monthly price covers your prescribed bioidentical hormone medications, the medical management behind them from your BRITE hormone provider and the Eternal MedSpa team, and home delivery. There is no separate medication bill. Labs are the one cost outside the membership.
Does the hormone membership include wrinkle-relaxer units?
The Eternal Vitality Collective covers hormone medications, medical management and wellness injections, not wrinkle-relaxer units; Elevated and Signature members get a discount on Letybo, Daxxify or Xeomin. Units every 90 days for Xeomin, Letybo or Daxxify come with a Timeless Beauty Collective VIP membership.
Are labs included in the hormone membership?
Labs are not included in Eternal Vitality Collective pricing. When labs are required, they are arranged through the network partner and paid directly by you. Eternal MedSpa does not profit from lab fees.
Do men and women start the hormone membership the same way?
No. Women can generally start with membership, though labs may still be recommended or required. Men require labs before starting treatment and before prescriptions are issued. Recent labs can be used.
When does hormone membership billing begin?
Eternal Vitality Collective billing does not begin at the first conversation. It begins after the required checklist is complete and you are marked active through the hormone network process.
What does the hormone membership laser credit cover?
The Elevated and Signature monthly laser credit applies to eligible full treatment areas only, such as full face, not laser hair removal. It may be banked up to 3 months. Laser treatments are offered in Sarasota only.
What if I am not approved for the membership?
If you are not a candidate, medication is not started; we may suggest primary care, a specialist or another Eternal pathway.
Can I use the hormone membership in Venice, FL?
Yes. Hormone consultations, wellness injections and wrinkle relaxers are offered at Eternal MedSpa Venice, 555 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 110, Venice, FL 34285.
