What PRP and exosomes are
PRP comes from your own blood. Exosomes are a topical add-on.
PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma. A small amount of blood is drawn and processed to concentrate the platelet-rich portion of the plasma. PRP is not stem cell therapy. Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicle-related structures involved in cell signaling. In aesthetics, exosome-based topical complexes are used after microneedling or laser to support skin quality, hydration, recovery feel and visible glow. At Eternal MedSpa they are used as topical add-ons, not as injectable disease treatments.

Medications, including blood thinners, blood or platelet disorders, anemia concerns, recent illness, recent procedures, sunburn, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Sometimes no is safer
Active infection, rash, open lesions, inflamed acne, a compromised skin barrier, poor wound healing, unrealistic goals, or a hair or skin concern that needs a medical diagnosis first.
What it cannot do
PRP and exosomes do not guarantee hair growth, scar removal, collagen growth or wrinkle correction. Exosome products are not FDA-approved to treat, cure, diagnose or prevent disease.
Pregnancy
Pregnancy or breastfeeding may require deferral depending on treatment policy and provider guidance.
Aftercare
Protect the skin barrier, avoid sun and follow your provider's instructions.

What are exosomes, and how are they used?

Are exosome products FDA-approved?
