By using the website, booking tools, payment tools, forms, SMS, email, services, or offers, you agree to these Terms and any posted service-specific policies.

The website is intended for individuals 18 and older. You agree to use the site lawfully, respectfully, and without interfering with website functionality, security, content, or intellectual property rights.
Legal review note: These Terms are written to support strong consumer-facing clarity and compliance, but legal compliance also depends on operational practices, intake and consent procedures, staff training, vendor terms, and applicable Florida and federal law.

These terms are designed to support transparent, medically appropriate, and consumer-friendly website and service practices for a Florida medical aesthetics and wellness practice.
Florida Consumer Protection
Eternal MedSpa aims to present services, specials, pricing, cancellation terms, financing options, and promotional offers clearly and accurately. Offers may be subject to candidacy, provider assessment, availability, expiration dates, and written limitations.
Florida Medical Records
Clinical records, treatment documentation, intake forms, consent forms, and protected health-related information are handled separately from general website content and may be subject to federal healthcare privacy rules and Florida medical-record confidentiality requirements.
Federal Communications
Commercial email, text messaging, appointment reminders, and marketing communications are governed by applicable federal and state communication rules. Eternal MedSpa uses opt-out processes and vendor systems to help honor unsubscribe and STOP requests.
Services + Payments
Services, payments, cancellations and credits.
Eternal MedSpa offers self-pay medical aesthetics, skin, laser, body, wellness, and retail services. Service availability, candidacy, pricing, specials, and payment terms may change.
Self-Pay Services
Eternal MedSpa is generally a self-pay practice. Services and products may be payable online or in person. Eternal MedSpa does not guarantee insurance coverage, reimbursement, financing approval, or third-party payment acceptance.
Prices + Specials
Prices, memberships, service menus, product availability, packages, specials, promotional offers, and financing options may change without notice. Promotions may be limited, non-transferable, non-stackable, subject to expiration, and subject to provider approval or candidacy.
No Refunds On Rendered Services
Completed services are not refundable. Prepaid packages, credits, memberships, and deposits may be credited, transferred, modified, or partially refunded only at Eternal MedSpa’s discretion unless a separate written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellations + No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, forfeiture of deposit, forfeiture of promotional eligibility, or other remedies described at booking or in practice policy. Current cancellation fee language may include a $50 cancellation fee.
Gift Cards + Credits
Gift cards, credits, and promotional certificates may be subject to written terms at purchase or issuance. Purchased gift certificates issued in Florida will be administered consistent with applicable Florida gift certificate law. Promotional, charitable, loyalty, referral, or bonus credits may have separate limitations where permitted.
Deposits + Balances
Some reservations, events, packages, memberships, or services may require deposits, prepayment, saved payment methods, or payment in full. Deposits and prepaid amounts may be non-refundable or subject to practice policy, offer terms, booking terms, or applicable law.
Financing + Gift Cards
Third-party financing, payment plans and gift cards.
Financing approvals, gift card use, promotional credits, memberships, packages, and payment-plan terms may involve additional limits beyond these website terms.
Third-Party Financing
Cherry, PatientFi, CareCredit, payment processors, and other third-party platforms may be used to support financing, payment applications, payment processing, or account management. Approval is not guaranteed and is controlled by the third-party provider.
Separate Finance Terms
Financing platforms may have separate interest rates, repayment terms, fees, credit checks, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, disclosures, and customer-support procedures. Eternal MedSpa does not control financing approval, denial, underwriting, credit reporting, or lender servicing decisions.
Payment Responsibility
You remain responsible for charges you authorize, including amounts financed through a third party. Disputes about financing terms, lender decisions, card processing, or account servicing may need to be addressed directly with the applicable provider.
Gift Cards
Purchased Eternal MedSpa gift cards and purchased gift certificates will be administered consistent with applicable Florida law. They may not be redeemable for cash except where required by law and may be subject to identity, fraud-prevention, or account-verification requirements.
Promotional Credits
Bonus credits, referral credits, charitable certificates, loyalty rewards, discounts, complimentary offers, and promotional certificates are not the same as purchased gift cards. Promotional value may be limited, non-transferable, non-stackable, subject to expiration where permitted, and subject to written offer terms.
Non-Stacking
Unless expressly stated in writing, offers, specials, credits, memberships, referral rewards, Eternal Heroes discounts, gift-card bonuses, and other savings pathways may not be combined or stacked. Eternal MedSpa may apply the single best eligible offer at its discretion.
Florida gift card note: Purchased gift cards and purchased gift certificates are treated differently from promotional, referral, bonus, loyalty, or donated credits. When terms differ, written offer language, Florida law, and Eternal MedSpa’s posted policy will guide administration.

Redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, downtime, discomfort, delayed healing, pigment changes, asymmetry, allergic reaction, or other risks may occur depending on the service.
No Emergency Services
Eternal MedSpa’s website, email, text, and booking tools are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.
Treatment Finder + Digital Tools
Interactive tools, quizzes, treatment finders, and online guides are for planning and education only. They do not confirm candidacy or replace provider evaluation, consent, or medical decision-making.
Photos + Content
Clinical or marketing photos may be used only with appropriate permission where required. Guests should not copy, reuse, or repost Eternal MedSpa images, service content, or branded materials without permission.
Candidacy + Provider Discretion
Eternal MedSpa may decline, delay or modify treatment.
Responsible care means not every guest, treatment, dose, device setting, product, medication, package, or same-day service is appropriate for every situation.
Provider Discretion
Providers may decline, delay, stop, modify, or recommend against treatment based on medical history, medications, pregnancy or nursing status, skin condition, infection risk, recent sun exposure, recent procedures, anatomy, expectations, safety, or clinical judgment.
No Guaranteed Same-Day Treatment
A consultation, reservation, online booking, deposit, Treatment Finder result, promotional offer, package purchase, or event reservation does not guarantee same-day treatment, candidacy, product availability, medication eligibility, or specific outcomes.
Contraindications
Some services may be inappropriate for certain guests due to health conditions, medications, allergies, autoimmune concerns, active infection, open wounds, recent tanning, recent procedures, unrealistic expectations, or other risk factors.
Clinical Documentation
Guests may be asked to complete intake forms, consent forms, health history updates, photographs, lab work, pregnancy status confirmation, medication lists, or other documentation before receiving care.
Guest Responsibility
You are responsible for giving accurate, current, and complete information about your medical history, medications, allergies, prior treatments, pregnancy or nursing status, contraindications, and treatment goals.
Referral Or Emergency Care
Eternal MedSpa may recommend outside medical evaluation, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, laboratory testing, specialist review, or no aesthetic treatment when medically appropriate.
SMS + Email Terms
Text messaging and email communications.
By providing your phone number or email address, you may receive appointment-related, service-related, administrative, and, where permitted, marketing communications.
SMS Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, practice communications, service follow-up, and promotional or informational messages.
SMS Opt-Out
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of eligible marketing text messages by replying STOP, using any provided opt-out mechanism, or contacting Client Services at clientservices@eternal-medspa.com. You may request assistance by replying HELP where available.
Not Required For Purchase
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. SMS consent is not sold and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing use. Opting out of marketing texts may not stop transactional, appointment, account, safety, or care-related messages where permitted.
Email Marketing
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting Client Services. Transactional, appointment, account, legal, or service-related emails may still be sent where permitted.
Delivery Not Guaranteed
Email and text delivery may depend on carriers, spam filters, mobile networks, device settings, third-party platforms, and user-provided contact information. Eternal MedSpa is not responsible for delays outside its control.
Contact Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and updating Eternal MedSpa if your phone number, email address, or communication preferences change.
