Accessibility statement
and assistance options.
Eternal MedSpa is committed to improving digital accessibility and helping guests access website content, booking support, service information, and contact options in a usable way.
Our accessibility commitment.
We aim to provide a website experience that is clear, navigable, readable, and usable for guests, prospective guests, and community members, including people with disabilities.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review and update website pages, links, menus, forms, images, plugins, and embedded tools as the website evolves.
Practical Assistance
If a website feature is difficult to use, Eternal MedSpa will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, booking support, or service details through another contact method.
What we work toward.
Our goal is to support accessibility best practices in a practical, ongoing way.
WCAG-Informed
We aim to work toward alignment with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly referenced as WCAG, where reasonably achievable.
Clear Structure
We strive to use logical headings, descriptive link text, meaningful page titles, readable content, alt text where appropriate, and responsive layouts.
Accessible Interactions
We work to support keyboard navigation, visible focus states, accessible menus, clear calls to action, and content that can be understood without relying on color alone.
Menus and links should be usable.
We review navigation areas so visitors can move through the site with a mouse, keyboard, touchscreen, or assistive technology when possible.
Keyboard Navigation
We aim for important links, buttons, menu items, forms, and interactive page elements to be reachable by keyboard and to show visible focus indicators.
- Tab order should follow the page in a logical sequence.
- Buttons and links should be visually clear when focused.
- Skip-to-content behavior is included on this statement page.
Menu Accessibility
We aim for menus and page navigation to be readable, predictable, and usable on desktop and mobile devices.
- Navigation labels should clearly describe where a link goes.
- Mobile menus should remain touch-friendly and readable.
- Sticky page guides should support horizontal scrolling on smaller screens.
Contrast, type, and gold-on-teal usage.
Eternal MedSpa’s brand uses deep teal, white, slate, and gold. We aim to use those colors in a way that remains readable and functional.
Contrast Review
We aim to maintain readable contrast for body copy, buttons, links, headings, and form labels. White or near-white text is preferred for important text on deep teal backgrounds.
Gold Usage
Gold is used primarily for emphasis, accents, focus states, and button treatments. We avoid relying on low-contrast gold text alone for critical instructions.
Readable Layouts
We aim for scannable sections, readable font sizing, sufficient spacing, clear headings, and mobile layouts that do not require pinching or horizontal page zooming.
Design note: Some decorative brand elements may use gold or subtle overlays. Critical content should remain readable through contrast, structure, labels, and text that does not depend on color alone.
Some tools are externally controlled.
Some booking, payment, financing, social media, map, analytics, review, or embedded tools may be provided by third parties.
External Platforms
Third-party tools may have their own accessibility features, limitations, updates, and support processes. Eternal MedSpa may not fully control those systems.
Alternative Support
If a third-party booking or form tool is difficult to use, call, text, or email us and we will make reasonable efforts to help you access the information or complete the task another way.
