You can book a visit at Eternal MedSpa online through Boulevard, 24/7: pick a provider, a clinic and a time. No card is needed to hold a time. You can also call 941-216-5221 or text 941-337-8461.

Booking ahead at Eternal MedSpa is preferred. Walk-ins are welcome for wellness injections and most other services when a provider is available; if we cannot see you right away, we will help you book a time.

To change or cancel a visit at Eternal MedSpa, call 941-216-5221 or text 941-337-8461. Please give at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows may have a $50 fee.

A consultation is the best place to start at Eternal MedSpa if you are unsure what to book. Know the treatment you want? Reserve it directly; we still review your health history first. Weight loss and hormone care start with a consultation. Consultations are complimentary.

At a first visit to Eternal MedSpa, you talk through your goals and health history with your provider and leave with a plan and a price. Same-day treatment is sometimes possible. We will not pressure you into treatment. Bring a photo ID and a list of your medications, supplements and allergies.

At Eternal MedSpa, injectable, PRP, wellness and ablative laser treatments are performed by Antje Dangel, PA-C, and Jennifer Demers, PA-C, both board-certified physician assistants. Alexa Martinez of our medical team performs light, non-ablative laser and skin treatments, permanent makeup and lymphatic compression. Medical Director Reuben W. Holland III, MD, FACEP, oversees the whole care team.

Every Eternal MedSpa service page shows its published price or how that treatment is priced; prices are subject to change. The standard price for wrinkle relaxers is $12 per unit, and dermal fillers are $629 per syringe. Laser, microneedling, PRP and permanent makeup are priced by your plan.

Eternal MedSpa offers payment plans through Cherry, its preferred option, and PatientFi, and accepts CareCredit for eligible services. Approval and terms are set by the lender. Purchased gift cards are a way to pay or to give.

New guests at Eternal MedSpa get $50 off when their eligible treatments total $150 or more, one per guest; the offer terms explain which treatments count. Our memberships include the Timeless Beauty Collective (VIP) for wrinkle relaxers and the Eternal Vitality Collective for hormone care. A consultation can cover membership options.

Not every Eternal MedSpa service is offered in Venice. Eternal MedSpa Venice, 555 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 110, Venice, FL 34285, offers wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, wellness injections and Kybella, plus hormone and weight-loss consultations, aesthetic consultations and medical-grade skincare. BallancerPro, IV therapy, laser and light treatments, laser hair removal, microneedling (SkinPen), PRP, exosomes and permanent makeup are offered in Sarasota only. Eternal MedSpa serves both women and men. Your provider reviews your goals and health history with you first. For hormone therapy, men typically need lab work before starting. Recent labs can be used.
