Experience Slow Down · Reset · Restore
After Hours at Eternal
Presented in collaboration with Soul Sanctuary Medicine, this intimate after-hours wellness experience is designed to help you slow down, reset, and restore. Jenn Demers, Certified Multi-Instrument Sound Healing Practitioner, will lead this 60–70-minute sound bath inside the peaceful setting of Eternal MedSpa Sarasota.
Every session is scheduled from 6:00–7:30 PM.
- Guests will relax comfortably while calming sounds and vibrations are created using bowls, chimes, and other sound-healing instruments.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, or anything else you may need to lie comfortably.
- This is a wellness experience—not a medical treatment, therapy session, formal consultation, or sales event.

Do I need an appointment to attend?
It depends on the event. The BLB Luxury event at Eternal Sarasota is a walk-in event, and guests already scheduled at Eternal may also participate while they are there. Other events may require advance registration, a reservation, or clinical coordination. Each confirmed listing explains the access requirements.
Are event offers available before or after the event?

After Hours at Eternal is a planned late-August wellness experience featuring guided relaxation and a restorative sound bath with Jenn Demers, PA-C, Certified Multi-Instrument Sound Healing Practitioner, in collaboration with Soul Sanctuary Medicine. The full guest experience is expected to last about 90 minutes, with the sound bath portion typically lasting about 60 to 70 minutes. It is a wellness experience—not a medical treatment, therapy session, formal consultation, or sales event.
