LongPulse is a non-ablative laser for unwanted hair and selected visible vessels at Eternal MedSpa in Sarasota, Florida. It is a Vydence 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser. What LongPulse is
Longer 1064 nm Nd:YAG pulses aimed at hair follicles or selected vessels.
Settings depend on the target, your skin type and the treatment area, after an assessment. Non-ablative means it does not remove the skin's surface. It is a different tool from IPL, ProDeep, DualMode and microneedling (SkinPen).

Sometimes no is safer
Not every skin type, hair color, vessel concern or medical history suits LongPulse. A recent tan or burn is a reason to wait.
Common effects
Redness, warmth or mild swelling may occur the same day and usually resolves relatively quickly. Treated vessels may darken.
What it cannot do
One session is not a finished result. Some hair may return over time, and maintenance may be recommended.
Pregnancy
Laser and light treatments are postponed during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding, tell us before booking.
Aftercare
Protect the area from the sun before and after treatment.
SPF and sun avoidance help reduce irritation and pigment risk. Avoid tanning, burns and unnecessary sun exposure.
