Will I be approved for a payment plan?
Payment plan approval is not guaranteed. Approval, terms, payment amounts, fees and interest are set by Cherry, PatientFi, CareCredit or the applicable lender, and may vary by applicant.
Does financing approval mean I am eligible for treatment?
Financing approval does not mean you are eligible for treatment; the two are separate. Services still depend on consultation, candidacy, health history, provider assessment and realistic expectations. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, allergies, medical history, recent procedures or contraindications may affect eligibility.
Can I use a payment plan for Botox or other wrinkle relaxers?
Payment plans may be available for Botox and other wrinkle relaxer treatment plans, VIP memberships or other eligible purchases, depending on current lender rules and practice policies.
Can I use a payment plan for dermal fillers?

Before you accept any payment plan, ask Eternal MedSpa and the lender what happens if your plan changes. Refunds, cancellations, service changes and repayment may follow practice policies and the lender's terms.
