The credit is not combined with other Eternal promotional credits, referral credits, event prices or Eternal-funded discounts.
Who qualifies
Guests who have not completed a paid treatment or service at Eternal. A past consultation alone does not change that.
One per person
One new-guest offer per person, for life. It is not transferable, cannot be split and has no cash value.
What counts
Eligible treatments and services in one qualifying visit, before the credit. Retail, gift card purchases, membership dues, recurring program payments and prescription medication costs do not.
A visit under the minimum
We can hold your new-guest credit for one later qualifying visit. It does not expire and never becomes account credit.

Can I combine discounts at Eternal MedSpa?
Eternal MedSpa offers do not combine unless we state otherwise, so one eligible Eternal offer generally applies per visit. That includes the new-guest credit, referral credits, Eternal Heroes, specials, event prices and other Eternal-funded discounts. Some services, products, packages and memberships may be excluded.
Does Eternal MedSpa offer a military, teacher or nurse discount?
Eternal Heroes gives verified military members and veterans, educators, healthcare professionals and first responders 10% off eligible services and retail at Eternal MedSpa. Bring verification to your visit.
What counts toward the new-guest minimum?
Eligible treatments and services in the qualifying visit count toward the $150 new-guest minimum, before the credit is applied. Retail, gift card purchases, membership dues, recurring program payments and prescription medication costs do not count.
Can I use the new-guest credit on a later visit?
The new-guest credit does not expire, and it can be held for one later qualifying visit when a visit falls under the minimum. With your consent, we note your one selected offer. It never becomes account credit, a gift card balance or cash.
Does a consultation make me a returning guest?
A consultation alone does not end your new-guest status. The new-guest credit is for guests who have not completed a paid treatment or service at Eternal MedSpa.
How does the referral credit work?
The Eternal MedSpa referral credit is yours when a friend new to Eternal completes a qualifying service and mentions your name. There is no limit on how many referral credits you can earn.
What is the REALTOR® Partnership Program?
The REALTOR® Partnership Program gives eligible REALTOR® partners complimentary $100 Eternal MedSpa promotional gift cards for people new to Eternal, one per person. A card applies when eligible treatments in one visit total $300 or more, and it is that guest's one new-guest offer. The partner earns a referral credit when a guest redeems it and completes a qualifying service.
Can I use discounts with a VIP membership?
Eternal discounts and promotional credits generally do not combine with VIP membership pricing, packages, specials or event pricing unless we state otherwise.
Can I use Allē or other manufacturer rewards at Eternal MedSpa?
Eternal MedSpa is a participating provider for Allē, ASPIRE Galderma Rewards, Xperience+ and REVA Revance Rewards. You earn rewards under each program's own terms and redeem them at checkout. Those terms are separate from Eternal offers.
Are gift cards the same as discounts?
Purchased Eternal MedSpa gift cards are a way to pay or to give, not a discount. Buying a gift card does not count toward the new-guest minimum, and promotional gift card bonuses, when offered, may have their own terms and do not automatically combine with other offers.
Can payment plans be combined with discounts?
Payment plans and discounts at Eternal MedSpa are separate. Financing approval and terms vary by lender, and an eligible offer follows its own terms.
Credits and discounts have no cash value. Offers, eligibility and program terms may change without notice.
