What is Timeless Beauty Collective?
Timeless Beauty Collective is Eternal MedSpa's VIP membership program for recurring wrinkle-relaxer care in Sarasota and Venice. Its Gold, Platinum and Black tiers include quarterly units and member benefits.
Which products can membership units be used for?
Timeless Beauty Collective units apply to Xeomin, Letybo or Daxxify. The same tier allowance works across all three for membership accounting. Your provider still chooses the product and plan, subject to candidacy, availability and active membership.
Does a VIP membership cover wellness injections?
VIP memberships do not cover wellness injections. They cover wrinkle-relaxer units for Xeomin, Letybo or Daxxify. The Eternal Vitality Collective hormone membership includes monthly wellness injections.
Do unused membership units roll over?
Rollover, expiration, redemption timing and unused-unit rules for membership units follow the current signed agreement. Ask the team to review them before you join.
What are anniversary units?
Anniversary units are extra units for eligible, active members: 10 for Platinum and 20 for Black, on the timing and redemption rules in the current agreement.
Can membership savings be combined with specials?
Membership savings cannot always be combined with specials. Some offers, products, packages, events, gift cards, medical programs, financing offers and third-party rewards may be excluded or non-stackable. Confirm eligibility before purchase or treatment.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
Tier changes, minimum term, cancellation, notice, pauses and final redemption for a VIP membership follow the current signed agreement. The team reviews them with you before activation.
Can I use membership units while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Membership units pay for wrinkle-relaxer treatment. We do not treat guests who are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding.
Can I use my VIP membership in Venice, FL?
Yes. Membership care can be scheduled at Eternal MedSpa Venice, 555 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 110, Venice, FL 34285, or in Sarasota, based on provider, product, service and appointment availability. Laser and light treatments, laser hair removal, IV therapy, microneedling (SkinPen), PRP, BallancerPro and permanent makeup are offered in Sarasota only.
