New, severe or unexplained symptoms need a medical evaluation first.
Good candidates
Guests with clear, realistic goals, after screening.
Tell your provider
Allergies, prior reactions, medications or anticoagulants, supplements, kidney, liver, cardiovascular, neurologic, blood or immune-system history, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and recent changes in health.
Sometimes no is safer
Your provider may suggest IV therapy, lab work, primary care, a consult or a later date instead.
Common effects
Temporary soreness, redness, bruising, swelling or tenderness at the injection site.

Severe symptoms, chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, allergic reactions, neurologic symptoms or acute illness require medical care.

Which wellness injection is right for me?
The right wellness injection depends on your goals and a provider's review of your health history. Energy support is a common reason guests choose B12, and NAD+ is chosen for energy, recovery and healthy-aging goals. Glutathione and vitamin C are chosen for antioxidant support.
Can wellness injections help with fatigue?
Some guests choose B12 or other wellness injections for energy support. Fatigue can have many causes, so ongoing or significant fatigue should be evaluated by an appropriate medical provider.
Can I get more than one wellness injection at a visit?
More than one wellness injection can be given at a visit when your provider agrees. For example, glutathione and vitamin C can be given together.
How often should I get a wellness injection?
Your provider sets the timing of wellness injections with you, based on your goals, health history and tolerance. Some guests use them now and then; others build them into a wider routine.
Should I choose a wellness injection or IV therapy?
Wellness injections are faster and more focused. IV therapy is a longer infusion that can include hydration and broader nutrient combinations; it is offered in Sarasota only.
Can I combine wellness injections with medical weight loss or hormones?
Often, yes, when your provider agrees. Wellness injections may complement medical weight loss, hormone restoration and aesthetic care.
Who should not have a wellness injection?
A wellness injection may not be right if you have a known allergy or prior reaction to its ingredients. Not given to guests who are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding without appropriate clinical guidance.
