- Work ID or badge (school, hospital, public safety, military)
- Pay stub showing place of employment (sensitive details may be redacted)
- Military ID, Veteran ID card, or DD-214
- Professional license or certification (healthcare providers)

Share Eternal with friends and earn $25 referral credit for each new guest you refer who completes a service with us—with no limit to the number of referrals you can earn.
How it works:
- You refer a friend who is new to Eternal MedSpa.
- They reserve and complete a qualifying service.
- You receive $25 referral credit—every time.
Key terms:
- No limit to the number of referrals you can earn.
- Referred guest must be new to Eternal MedSpa.
- To ensure accurate tracking, the referred guest should mention your name at the time of reservation or check-in.
