REFENDS GENERAL
Eternal MedSpa maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services and products. All sales are final. In certain circumstances, and at the sole discretion of management, a credit may be issued that can be used exclusively at Eternal MedSpa for future services.
DISCOUNTED SERVICES
THE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE FREE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION OR TREATMENT..
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
At Eternal MedSpa, we value your time and the time of our medical providers. To ensure we can deliver exceptional care and maintain availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policy.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed (no-show) appointments, may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Fee Notification & Payment
If a cancellation fee applies, Eternal MedSpa will notify you prior to charging the fee.
If a valid card is on file, the cancellation fee may be charged to that card. If no card is on file, or if the charge is not processed at that time, the cancellation fee will be due prior to receiving your next service with Eternal MedSpa.
Policy Enforcement & Discretion
Policy enforcement is at the sole discretion of Eternal MedSpa.
We understand that life happens — illness, emergencies, family obligations, and unexpected circumstances can arise. Eternal MedSpa reserves the right to extend courtesy waivers or second-chance exceptions when appropriate, particularly for first-time occurrences or situations beyond a client’s control.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in stricter enforcement of this policy, including required deposits for future appointments.
Why This Policy Exists
Our providers reserve dedicated time for each client, and late cancellations limit our ability to offer that time to others seeking care. This policy helps us respect everyone’s schedule while continuing to deliver the elevated experience our clients expect.
